(1).Booking : Booking for the all tours and Packages must be made to AMAZING PARADISE TRAVELS AND TOURS CO., LTD. YANGON by e-mail through email address sales@amazingparadisetour.com, info@amazingparadisetour.com or fax through (95 +0 1) 512307/512305 atleast 50 working days.
(2). a. Confirmation : The Bookings are confirmed only when customer received the confirmation letter from APTours by e-mail or fax signed by Sales Manager.
b. Name List (or) Rooming List A Final Rooming list must be sent to APTour with full flight details and meal requirements atleast 14 working days prior to arrival date to Myanmar.
(3).Tour Price and Validation : Tour Prices Validations are as quoted as in the Quotation. All the prices are subject to change without prior notice due to price fluctation.
Refund and Transferable
(4).Right : Once partial or Full payment is made, that payment is non-refundable. However, once the package is booked and confirmed and deposit or full payment is made to APTour, customer can transfer to his or her friend or partner or family (only he or she has not applied the Myanmar Visa) with the official letter stating all mecessary personal datas - that package is transfered.
(5).Payment : 50% deposit on confirmation. another 50% to be made within 14 days from 1st Payment.
(6).Payment Method : Electronic or Telex Transfer to our Bank. Details are as stated in Quotation.
(7).Cancellation Policy : No Cancellation charge will be charged if a notice is given atleast 40 working days ahead of customer's arrival date. Cancellation Policy will be effective when customer has sent the booking notes and APTours has replied the confirmation. The cancellation charges will be as stated as below.
However, the written notice will be sent from APTour to Customers by e-mail or by fax or by both.
