•Bago ( Pegu @ Hamsavati)

Bago is initiately, founded by Mons.  Historically, it is called Honsawatoi – from Pali Hamsavati.  Today, it is also known as Bago or Hanthawadi.

Around 1056, Capital become under rule of Myanmar – Bagan by The Great King Anawyahtar, the founder of 1st Myanmar Empire.  Mon re-gained their power when Bagan was destroyed in 1287 and founded Pegu @ Bago known as Hantharwaddy.  During the Reign of The King Razadarit, Bago and Ava Kingdom were fightings causing wars for 40 years.  Finally King Razadarit’s daughter, Queen Shin Saw Pu ended the 40 years of war with Ava Kingdom, and she chose Dhammazedi ( who was formerly Buddhist Monk before Kinghood) to succeed her.  At the time of Dhammazedi, Bago became a Center of Trading of Myanmar.  As Bago was the Major habour port city of Myanmar at that time, a lot of foreign merchants including Europeans visited to City and left the comments on City’s Magnificence.

The City’s Magnificence are being seen till now including re-built Palace of King Bayint Naung ( the founder of 3rd Myanmar Empire ) whose palace was recorded for its Maginificently Glorious with Complete Gold showing the country’s wealth and power of the time.

•Chaung Thar

Chaung Tha Beach is 3rd popular beach in Myanmar. It is also no one holiday pick location for local people on their week-ends and Holidays.

•Dawei

Dawei is in southern part of Myanmar. It is the capital city of Tanintharyi Region. Approximately 614.3 km from Yangon, 30 km (18.6 mi). from the Andaman Sea, on the bank of Dawei River. Therefore, Dawei is suffered from flooding during the monsoon season.

Dawei area produce the Dawei Longyi ( famous Product in Myanmar), Pineapple, Rubber, Teakwood, cashew nuts, betel nuts and variety of tropical fruits - mangoes, mangosteens, rambutan, and durian.

Dawei is the port city of Dawei River estuary and it is therefore, rich in natural scenery and also products including seafood. Around Dawei, Maungmagan beach is well-known.

There are also hot water springs around the outskirts, about one to a few hours drive from Dawei.

•Hpa An

Hpa An, capital city of Karen State, is one of the Hub City of Myanmar located on the bank of River Thanlwin in South eastern part of Myanmar.  It is connected to Mawlamyaing, Kawkareik and Myawaddy ( the Boder Road Gate City to Thailand).

The Zwe Ka Bin mountain is a landmark of Hpa An.  It is a beautiful pinnacle of Limestone.  Hpa An area is rich of Limstones.  The name of Hpa An is also based on this mountain.  In Shan Language ( Thai-sha @ Shan Gyi) Hpa An is Stone Tusk or Stone Fang.

Once you have visited here, if your tour is coincided with the traditional festivals periods, you will have a chance to see the Karen Done Yinn Dance.  That dance is also the mark of Karen Peoples and it is also a popular dance in Myanmar.  Not only the way of dance is lively, but also the music is very lively and you will start to move your body along the music beat before you notice yourself.

Hpa An has a lot of interesting places like Kyauk Ka Latt ( Stone Clutch), Kawgoon cave, Bagint Nyi Cave ( King’s brother cave) where you will find at the base of this cave, hot spring water and cool water outlet flowing together but not mixing each other amazingly.

•Inn Lay Lake

Inn Lay Lake is a Natural Lake located at Nyaung Shwe area of the Southern Shan State. It is also the second largest Lake in Myanmar after Inn Daw Gyi Lake in Kachin State.

As the lake is located in Shan State, the lake is 2,900ft above sea level surrounded by mountain ranges around it. That is also making the lake famous around the world among the tourists and visitors.

The Lake is 9 miles long from North to South and it is wide 3 miles at the widest area of the lake.

Inside the lake, native Inn peoples called Inn Thars lives in their floating villages. You can also experience their way of life on the water – how they fishing, how they row the boat with their legs ( all the Inn Peoples row their boat with their lake.), how they travel from here to there by their boat, how they cultivate their farm on the water, their silk weaving, their black smith – which is also most famous for their good quality work. It is amazing that human staying inside the lake, can produce the best quality of vegetables, silk weaving, lotus weaving, and distributing them around the country.

You can also visit to Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda which is also famous for its power and also for full filling the wishes. • Kalaw

Kalaw is a town of Pine Trees and charming colonial hill station town at the 1,400 meters ( 4600ft )above sea level. It is located 70 kilo meters ( approx. 44 miles ) West of Taunggyi. Many Colonial days buildings, houses with English Gardens are still remain here. When you are walking along the hill or on the roads and stress of the Town, you will notice that the breeze you are breathing is delightfully filled with Pine Trees. It is approximately 45 Kilometer (27.96 miles) to reach to Pindaya.

• Kaw-Thaung

Kaw-thaung is the southern point of Myanmar. The point – Bayint Naung gape which is known as Victoria gape is also the view point of the city with the breath taking view to sea, and to Thailand, and also to itself – Kaw Thaung City.

It is very closer to some Salone Island and also good for boat trip traveling island around and enjoy the view.

From Kaw-Thaung, you can also have One Day Visa to Ranong and have a look on seafood market and jetties.
